Come join us for a full day experience in Pollença, at the gorgeous Pedruxella Estate.
We'll be guided by one of the Islands Top Food Ambassadors, as she takes us from Harvest to Press, with a typical Mallorcan lunch paired with local wines.

The day will begin at 10:00am with a short hike to the Olive Groves, please wear comfortable shoes! We will learn how to Harvest Olives and then have a workshop on how to brine them, I will provide a glass jar so you get to take home your own creations.
